SK’s first Rigoletto is understood to be for Welsh National Opera in 2010
According to http://www.metmaniac.com SK will be playing Hamlet in a new production at the NY Met in March/April 2010: Natalie Dessay / Marlis Petersen, Jennifer Larmore, Simon Keenlyside, James Morris, conducted by Louis Langree, directed by Patrice Caurier / Moshe Leiser
According to http://www.metmaniac.com, in a new production of Traviata (Dec-Jan / Apr-May 2010-2011) with Anna Netrebko, Rolando Villazon / Francesco Meli, and Simon Keenlyside as Giorgio Germont, conducted by Gianandrea Noseda, directed by Willy Decker
It is also possible that he will be in their 2010-2011 Don Carlo as it is a joint production with Covent Garden.
Macbeth has been pencilled in for Vienna Staatsoper in 2011
Cleveland Orchestra has announced that Franz Welser-Möst will be conducting the Zurich Opera production of Don Giovanni at Severance Hall in 2011. Rumour has it that Simon Keenlyside will reprise the role.
