Simon will sing the new role of Dr J Robert Oppenheimer in John Adams's opera 'Doctor Atomic' in five performances at the Bavarian State Opera in Munich in February 2027. There will be a further two performances during the Munich Festival in July 2027.
The premiere will be broadcast live on BR Klassik radio.
